PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

We are a bread and butter, general practice. We just do basic dentistry and are at the end of our career and would like to retire. We do not do any Pediatrics, any periodontics, any dentures, any endodontics and we do not place implants. We do restore implants, however. So, we refer out a lot of procedures that a new dentist could possibly expound upon. We have four operatories with nice equipment. We have Cerec CADCAM. We are consistently collecting around $750,000. We have two hygienist that see nine patients per day each for four days a week. We have one assistant and one receptionist and we are booked out in hygiene for six months. We see hygiene four days a week and do operative 3 1/2 days a week. We are in a standalone facility next to a brand new apartment complex that has 98 apartments. 1500 ft.² We are in a condo. We pay common area maintenance to cover all the outside expenses as a group. Although we have fee for service patients, we are in network with about five insurances. We would like to find a buyer that would require very little transition assistance as we would like to retire.
