A free-standing building in Columbia, IL, with 3 ops and a 4th with plumbing and a retail center location in Freeburg, IL with 3 ops. The practice uses Dentrix Ascend soft software and digital x-rays. The Columbia office is also equipped with a Cone Beam. The patient base is a 50/50 mix of primarily FFS and PPO patients. The seller is flexible in staying on as an associate post-sale, if needed, for several years.
