HUGE PATIENT BASE: The GP is in a free-standing building with fantastic street visibility. The office is 2,000 sq. ft., has digital X-ray and Pan, and has both digital and paper patient files. The practice has over 4,000 patients, a mixture of 20% FFS, 40% PPO, and 40% Medicaid. There is a huge opportunity for growth by capitalizing on the existing patient base.
