PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

This is a perfect opportunity for a solo Orthodontist to take a satellite office and make it their own.  OR – use this practice as it is currently used – a 2nd location.  The current owner is preparing to retire and desire to slow down.  They only work in this location 2 days per week and typically have 5 new starts per week.  There is a need for a full time Ortho if the buyer desires.  The practice has a Sprint Ray printer and an I-Cat 3D x-ray and uses TOPS s/w.  The bay has 3 chairs – 4-5 chairs total..  This is a stand alone building next to the Hospital.
