PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

We have a very well established General dental and Dental Implant Center right in the heart of Charlotte. Although we do a lot of facets of general dentistry - because of our implant demand is so high We refer out a ton of general dentistry. It would be nice to find a dentist or two  that could come in and do both the implants and keep up with that demand as well as continue to grow the general side of the business. Our practice and our equipment are four years old. The office is Very well laid out and super nice in a great community within Charlotte that has a ton of traffic and a pretty high income area of town. We have five operatories fully equipped. We have a digital CBCT x-ray. We do IV sedation. We have a great team on staff that allows us to do as much implant dentistry as we are currently doing. We have a part time associate dentist as well. The upside is we just don't have the time to keep up with the bread and butter dentistry that we are referring out. Our doctor does two days of consultation and two days of surgery per week. We are open 5 days a week. We have one hygienist, three dental assistance, and on-site lab technician and a front desk administrator. We are in a leased facility and it is assignable. There is very little that any new owner(s) would have to purchase within the office. We did have a full demographic study done on the area and that is available upon request.  We are currently collecting $2.8 million. Thank you.
