High collections practice with great net income, looking for an IDSO partner. The doctor is currently collecting over $1.6M with strong EBITDA. The ideal situation is to maintain partial ownership and continue to grow the practice with an opportunity to recapitalize in the future. The current owner plans to stay on for at least 5 years (4 days per week) and partner with a growing group focused on high-end practices in this category. The hygiene program is strong with two (2) full-time hygienists practicing assisted hygiene in three (3) treatment rooms, averaging 22 patients per day and 30 new patients per month. The office is fully digital, featuring Dentrix practice management software, digital intraoral x-ray, CEREC, digital pan, and laser technology.
