PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

For nearly 40 years, this low-overhead practice has been rendering quality oral and maxillofacial surgical procedures for patients of all ages in Little Rock. The practice is now prepared to transition to a new doctor as the current and original owner is preparing for retirement. The beautiful, clean and well-updated facility has 2,500 square feet of operational space. This includes three operatories and room for one more, a business office, private office, consultation room, mechanical and sterilization room, x-ray room, laboratory, staff lounge, reception area and two restrooms. Notable technology in the office includes CT Scanner, new computers, monitors, and screens for viewing. The condition of the office and the equipment is excellent. To manage the scheduling, treatment and billing for their patients, the practice utilizes Carestream practice management software. Additionally, the practice utilizes Weave for patient communication. The practice is 35% FFS/PPO-OON and 60% PPO and collects an average of $2.3M annually with only 35% overhead expenses. 85% of new patients are referred by local referring doctors, 10% from patient referrals and 5% from external referrals, such as the website and social media.
