Mostly Fee for Service Dental Office for Sale (Midtown NYC) Practice grosses over $1M.  Approximately 10 new patients per month with very high yield per patient.  Open 5 days a week, no Saturdays or nights.  4 operatories, with room for possibly 1 more.  Fully staffed, including hygiene department.  Multiple procedures are referred out, including endo, ortho, perio, implant & oral surgeries.  Vast majority of patients are fee for service with some out of network insurance.  3D scanner, digital software, x-rays & camera.  Rent includes utilities (big plus) and landlord will lower rent for new lease.  Remodeled about 8 years ago.  Large space, 2,007 square feet.  Current fee structure: crown $1,888, full mouth x-ray $169, 1 surface composite $205.  Staff receives 401(k) benefits & 1 staff member receives medical insurance reimbursement.  Doctor would like to retire, will stay on with the staff to assist in the transition.
