This is a 5-operatory general practice in the heart of downtown Boston. The office is currently open only three days per week, and is producing far below its potential. There’s also plumbed space to add a sixth chair. With a full-schedule and more aggressive marketing, the new owner could potentially double or triple production. The office also boasts some impressive equipment, including CBCT and CEREC. It does not accept MassHealth or HMO patients. An office of this size and location is highly desirable and won’t last long!
