PRACTICE DESCRIPTION

This practice has been established in the community for over 45 years. The area has stable demographics with several large factories in town, employing several thousand people. Patients also travel from nearby towns to seek quality dental care in our office. It has close access to a neighboring town with 3 Universities, several museums, and beautiful parks. The area is a wonderful place to raise a family in a friendly small town atmosphere. The office currently has a 4 day work week with holidays off and 2 weeks vacation. Staff consists of 1 hygienist, two assistants, and a front office manager. Grossing over $600,000, we only participate in-network with Delta, as a Premier Provider. There is room for additional growth, as you would have the ability to work as much as you would like and we have a consistent flow of new patients. This building sits along a busy route, making it a desirable location. There are 4 fully computerized treatment rooms, a doctor’s office, storage room, and employee break room. The equipment is well maintained and incorporates an all digital workflow. The building has been recently remodeled & redecorated with a very tasteful, inviting décor.
